The LCU Lady Chaps beat SMU 62-51 in their first preseason game of the year.
Maddi Chitsey led LCU with 15 points.
With the win, the Lady Chaps are 4-1 all time under Steve Gomez against D1 opponents. They’ll look to improve to 5-1 when they play New Mexico on October 30th.
