Patrick Mahomes was back in Lubbock on Monday signing autographs at McGavock Nissan. Fans lined up for the opportunity to take a picture with and meet the former Texas Tech quarterback.
All proceeds from the event went to the Team Luke Foundation and High Point Village,
“giving to Team Luke and High Point Village, just learning about the High Point Village cause and then with Luke throughout my college career I’ve seen and talked to him and he’s a warrior. It’s awesome to come back and help out anyway possible,” said Mahomes.
As for the Kansas City Chiefs Pat is preparing for his first NFL training camp which begins on July 24th,
“actually I looked at the first pre season game it’s August 11th and I was like hey that’s pretty close and I’ve been working out and studying the play book all this break but I’m super excited to get on this field,” the gun slinger said.
