PLAINVIEW, Texas — Plainview girl’s basketball head coach Danny Wrenn retired Tuesday after coaching the team for 33 years.
Wrenn led the Lady Bulldogs to state titles in each year from 2001-2003 and they finished as the runner-up in 2004.
He was also able to produce talent, coaching three McDonald’s All-Americans, including current Wayland Baptist head coach Alesha Robertson-Ellis.
