Win number twenty-six took a shade bit longer to come to pass for the Texas Tech Baseball team on Tuesday night.  The three and a half hour affair began at 6:30 coming to a close just after 10 at Dan Law Field with the Red Raiders snagging a 6-4 win over the University of New Mexico.  The Red Raiders took a 2-0 lead after the first inning only to give the lead to the Lobos countesy of a bases loaded RBI double from Derek Marshall and an error from Texas Tech outfielder Cody Masters.  Tech would tie the game in the 5th with a bases loaded walk to Brian Klien.  Josh Jung who put the first run on the board with an RBI single in the first untied the game in the 7th with an RBI double to straight away center field.  The Red Raiders would tack on one more run in the inning.  Tanner Floyd came on in the sixth inning to fan six allowing no runs and no hits to get the win.  The win gives the Red Raiders the season series win as well over the Lobos 2-1.  Texas Tech will be back in action on Friday as they host Big 12 leading Oklahoma State for three games starting Friday at 6:30 pm.
