After a 5-7 season in 2016, the Texas Tech football team is determined to do better on all front including the offensive line. With a new quarterback in Nic Shimonek, the importance of quality pass protection is of the utmost importance. Also on the forefront, an improved run game which yielded less than one thousand yards total in 2016. New O-Line coach Brandon Jones hopes to bring his experience as a former Red Raider and a simplified scheme to push the offense over the edge.
