The fourteenth ranked Texas Tech Softball team lost to second ranked Oklahoma 5-1 on Friday in game one of the weekend series.
The Red Raiders tied up the game at 1-1 in the bottom of the first inning on a Jessica Hartwell triple, but the Sooners would take a 3-1 lead in the top of the third inning and would never look back.
First pitch of game two of the series is 4:00 pm on Saturday.
