One of the newest members of the LISD Hall of Honor, Clint Bryant is more than humbled to be included with coaches and players he looked up to as a Monterey Plainsman standout. “To be honored by the community and your home town is something really special.” Bryant played both baseball and basketball for Monterey from 1989 to 1992 racking up an astonishing amount all all-district, region, and state honors. Honing his craft under legendary high school coach Bobby Moegle, Bryant decided to continue baseball career at Texas Tech under another coaching legend Larry Hays. Bryant would go on to be the most highly decorated player in Red Raider history.
