The Westerners hosted Plainview for s Saturday afternoon baseball game. Lubbock High looking to redeem themselves after a loss to Cooper Friday night.
Lubbock High gets on the board early thanks to a Jacob Guerro RBI single and Chance Chambers working it on the mound for the Westerners striking out the side in the 3rd inning. However it wasn’t enough as the Bulldogs went on to win 7-4.
Plainview hosts Cooper Tuesday for their final few games.
Lubbock High travels to San Angelo to play Lakeview.
