The Lubbock Country Club held a women’s clinic Friday in preparation for it’s annual Serving Up Miracles Pro-Am tournament. The event will be held Feb. 26-28th. The proceeds will benefit the UMC Children’s Hospital.

UMC Children’s Hospital is the region’s Children’s Miracle Network affiliate hospital. The hospital has helped establish and continually secure the finest pediatric healthcare for all the children in our region. This year, we would like to raise at least $20,000. Our goal is attainable, but we need your help.

Since 2012, Serving Up Miracles has raised more than $40,000 to purchase much needed pediatric medical equipment, fund valuable research projects, fund education and therapeutic programs, and enhance the overall pediatric health of the 18 official counties of the Children’s Miracle Network Lubbock market.

While these eighteen counties comprise the official market area for Lubbock Children’s Miracle Network, due to the advanced medical departments and teaching hospital relationship with the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, patients are referred to the UMC Health System and UMC Children’s Hospital from a 108 county 350-mile radius.
