Texas Tech will travel to South Carolina to face the Gamecocks in the 2018 Big 12/SEC Challenge.
The schools will meet for the first time since the 1976-77 season on January 27th.
The Gamecocks are led by former Kansas State coach Frank Martin and were a Final Four team last season.
ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU will combine to televise all contests in the fifth annual event matching every Big 12 squade with 10 members from the Southeastern Conference.
