On Friday, the Bowerman Award announced that Divine Oduduru won the men’s fan vote for 2019.
Oduduru finished with over 50 percent of the votes, and picked up the second largest percentage of votes for a men’s finalist and the second largest margin of fan vote victory ever for a men’s finalist.
The win gives Oduduru an extra three points towards the Bowerman, which goes annually to the best collegiate track and field athlete in the nation.
The winner of the award will be announced in December.
