Texas Tech dropped its third and final game of a weekend series against Kansas State by a 5-4 final.
The Red Raiders entered the eighth inning leading 4-2, but gave up three runs in the bottom of the inning.
Next up for Tech is a two game set with New Mexico starting Tuesday at 7:00 pm.
