South Dakota graduate transfer Matt Mooney announced on Twitter Monday he’s heading to Texas Tech.

Mooney picked the Red Raiders over Northwestern or Creighton.
The 6-foot-3 shooting guard averaged 18.7 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 2 steals last season.
Mooney will be immediately eligible to play for the Red Raiders in the 2018-19 season.
