The 6-foot-6 guard averaged 8.2 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists last saeason for the Hokies.
Clarke is the second graduate transfer to commit to Texas Tech in less than a week.
On Saturday, Stephen F. Austin grad T.J. Hoylfield announced he would play his final season for Texas Tech.
Meanwhile, Josh Mballa won’t be returning for another season.
