LUBBOCK, Texas — The Big 12 named Texas Tech volleyball’s Emerson Solano the conference’s Defensive Player of the Week.
The junior out of Amarillo notched 18 digs against Iowa State Wednesday and 16 against TCU on Saturday.
Solano and the volleyball team will next be in action Saturday at 1 p.m. at home against Kansas State.
