Texas Tech’s former quarterback Patrick Mahomes was back in town on Tuesday, fresh off of his filming with Jon Gruden for “Gruden’s QB Camp,” and the rumor around the water cooler is that he had a private workout with New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton.
Mahomes is preparing for the upcoming 2017 NFL Draft which will be held April 27-29, and is projected by some as a first round pick.
The Saints hold two first round picks at No. 11, and 32 overall.
