Jasauen Beard scored 32 points and Yanina Inkina chipped in 22 as the South Plains Lady Texans defeated Monroe 85-73 to advance to the Women’s NJCAA Sweet 16. The Lady Texans will face Seward County Tuesday, 4 pm at the Rip Griffin Center on the campus of Lubbock Christian University.
