The Coronado mustangs took on the Amarillo Sandies Saturday afternoon in their first district series.
The Mustangs started things off brining one man home in the 1st, and then broke it open in the 2nd when they added 4 more to that score. Two of those runs come on a Ryan Acebedo hit that brings home Alexander Wierzba and Noah Sifrit. The Stangs go on to win 10-8 redeeming their loss the first time they met the team.
