Texas Tech’s streak of night games will come to an end on Oct. 15 as the Big 12 Conference announced Monday that the Red Raiders will host West Virginia in an 11 a.m. kickoff inside Jones AT&T Stadium. The game will air nationally on FOX Sports 1.
The announcement puts an end to a seven-game streak of night games for the Red Raiders, who will travel to Kansas State this weekend for a 6 p.m. kickoff Saturday night. That game will also be broadcast nationally on ESPNU.
The Red Raiders are 2-3 all-time against the Mountaineers which includes a 2-2 mark since West Virginia joined the Big 12 prior to the 2012 season. West Virginia has won each of the last two meetings after a 31-26 victory last year in Morgantown.
