Texas Tech Splits Saturday Doubleheader Against Wisconsin-Milwaukee

The Texas Tech baseball team split their Saturday doubleheader with Wisconsin-Milwaukee to improve to (2-1, 0-0 Big 12) on the season. 

Tech dropped the first of their two games on Saturday 10-3, but followed up that performance with a 9-1 rout of the Panthers in the second contest of the day.


Texas Tech set themselves up with a chance to win the series on Sunday in game four.

The Red Raiders senior left fielder Tyler Neslony led the way offensively going 3-for-7 between the two games, along with 2 RBI and one homerun.

Texas Tech will face Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the series finale on Sunday afternoon with a chance to win the series. First pitch is set for 11:30 am at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park.
