Senior Aaron Ross scores 12 of his 13 points in the first half to help give the Red Raiders a 34-29 lead at the break.
Keenan Evans scores a team-high 18 points in the win.
Texas Tech (18-12, 6-10) closes out the regular season against Kansas State at noon on Saturday in Manhattan, Kansas.
