The Lubbock High Westerners hosted the Plainview Bulldogs on Tuesday night looking to avenge a 84-52 Bulldog win nearly two weeks prior.
In the first, the teams would go back and forth with Plainview holding a slim 15-8 lead after one. In the second, the Bulldogs would take charge, outscoring the Westerners 18-4 to take a 33-12 lead into the half. The Westerners would try and scrap back but the Bulldogs were too much as they would go on to win 77-45.
Next up for the Westerners, they will host Abilene Cooper on Friday night, while the Bulldogs will visit Abilene Cooper on Tuesday.
