Lubbock County Appraisal District (LCAD) will mail notices of appraised value to all property owners in Lubbock County Friday, which will ultimately be a part of what determines the homeowner’s tax bill in October. While LCAD doesn’t yet have solid numbers on the average market value for 2025, Chief Appraiser Tim Radloff speculates that if there is any increase, it's going to be lower than what it was last year.
