Happy Tuesday everyone! We have had another gorgeous and sunny day across the South Plains and these beautiful conditions will continue tomorrow as well! The plume of moisture that has been impacting the eastern portions of the state throughout the first half of this week will move westward on Thursday, bringing the opportunity for thunderstorms to form over the South Plains. Heavy downpours will be expected at times and temperatures will drop into the mid-80’s before another warm up on Friday. Then on Saturday and Sunday we are watching for a stronger cold front to push across the South Plains which will bring us an increased chance of storms over the weekend and the beginning of next week!
