Happy Monday everyone! Scattered showers and thunderstorms have been moving across the region for the past few hours and these storms will continue to slide southeast into this evening. There is a very low chance for these storms to become severe but we won’t rule out the chance for small hail and strong wind gusts. Locally heavy rainfall is expected at times so be prepared for low visibilities and slick roadways. This will also be the case for tomorrow so keep your umbrellas handy. Temperatures will range from the low 90’s to the triple digits today through this upcoming Friday. Storm chances will pick back up on Friday and will continue over the weekend and into the start of next week. This will also bring a large cool down this upcoming weekend with temperatures dropping into the low to mid-80’s!
