Happy Monday everyone! We have had a beautiful, sunny, and slightly cooler day across the South Plains. The cool down will continue tomorrow as another dry front pushes across the region early in the day. Temperatures will remain around average through Wednesday before a second cold front moves across the region late Wednesday into early Thursday morning. This will bring a slight chance for rain and some freezing drizzle to the area throughout the morning hours and will drop temperatures back into the low 50’s Thursday afternoon. Friday temperatures will rebound quickly back into the mid-70’s but there is another cool down expected for the weekend.
