Happy Tuesday everyone! It has been another warm and sunny day across the South Plains with temperatures remaining around average through Wednesday before a second cold front moves across the region late Wednesday into early Thursday morning. This will bring a slight chance for rain and some freezing drizzle to the area throughout the morning hours and will drop temperatures back into the low 20’s Thursday morning with low 50’s by the afternoon. Friday temperatures will rebound quickly back into the mid-70’s but there is another cool down expected for the weekend. Next week temperatures will drop drastically into the teens for lows and low 30’s for highs so make sure to bundle up and don’t forget your pets, plants, and pipes!
