HAPPY TUESDAY EVERYONE! IT HAS BEEN A MUCH COOLER AND BREEZY DAY ACROSS THE SOUTH PLAINS WITH HIGHS REMAINING IN THE MID-40’S. AS WE MOVE INTO YOUR WEDNESDAY, EXPECT A FOGGY START TO THE DAY WITH LOTS OF SUNSHINE BY THE AFTERNOON AND A MINOR INCREASE IN TEMPERATURES WITH HIGHS MOVING BACK TO AVERAGE.
THE SECOND FRONT OF THE WEEK WILL PUSH THROUGH THE REGION LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY MORNING BRINGING ANOTHER DROP IN TEMPERATURES. THURSDAY LOWS WILL DROP INTO THE TEENS AND LOW 20’S WITH HIGHS STRUGGLING TO MOVE PAST THE FREEZING MARK ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON. SUNSHINE WILL STICK AROUND FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WORK WEEK AND WE WILL SEE A SLOW WARMING TREND INTO THE WEEKEND.
