Happy Friday everyone! It has been a cooler and sunny day across the South Plains with highs reaching into the mid-50’s after the passage of the cold front last night. Temperatures will remain below average on Saturday before the next warming trend that begins on Sunday. There is no precipitation in the forecast at this time and sunshine is expected to stick around through the middle on next week! Unfortunately, strong winds are expected to return next week as well and that will bring more potential for blowing dust.
