Happy Tuesday everyone! The warm and sunny conditions we have seen over the past few days are set to continue as we move into Wednesday with highs expected to stay in the upper 70’s. However, a dry cold front will move through the region late on Wednesday dropping temperatures back into the upper 60’s on Thursday. This brief cool down will be very short-lived with temperatures rebounding quickly on Friday and Saturday, possibly reaching record high temperatures in the mid-80’s. Conditions will start to change on Sunday as a closed low approaches the region. This will increase cloud cover, drop temperatures back below average, and bring a slight chance for precipitation on Monday and Tuesday.
