Happy Saturday Everyone! It has been a very windy day today! Much of the South Plains will remain under a Wind Advisory until tomorrow at 6:00 a.m.! Sustained winds during this time period will be strong, between 25-35 mph, with gusts as high as 50 mph! Isolated light showers will move through the area this evening but that sun will return tomorrow! Mostly sunny skies are expected tomorrow with a high of 61 degrees and a cold low temperature of 35 degrees! The high for Monday will climb into the low 70’s! However, a cooling trend returns for the remainder of the week! Tuesday that high will drop down to the 60’s along with windy conditions! Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday those high’s continue to decrease into the lower 50’s and upper 40’s with frigid low’s in the 20’s!
