Happy Tuesday everyone! It has been another sunny and breezy day across the South Plains with slightly cooler temperatures due to the cold front that pushed across the region early this morning. Tomorrow temperatures will only reach into the upper 40’s. Wednesday night into Thursday morning a second cold front will push across the area bringing another drop in temperatures and a chance for some wintry precipitation. High temperatures will struggle to reach the freezing mark on Thursday and Friday. Don’t forget to bring your pets and potted plants indoors with freezing morning temperatures expected to stick around for the next six days. Thankfully temperatures will rebound quickly moving back into the 60’s by the beginning of next week with lots of sunshine expected!
