Happy Monday everyone! It has been a beautiful and sunny day across the South Plains with record highs in the low 80’s. Warm temperatures will stick around over the next three days staying in the upper 60’s to the mid-70’s with lots of sunshine expected. However, we have another strong cold front that is forecasted to move into the South Plains on Friday dropping temperatures into the upper 30’s and the low 40’s and bringing a chance for some rain, freezing rain, sleet, and even possibly a little snow. Remember to bring your pets and potted plants indoors on Thursday evening before the cold spell begins. While lows will be below the freezing mark, we will stay quite warmer than what we saw this past week.
