Happy Friday everyone! It has been another sunny day with some cooler afternoon highs. The main concern is for the potential for severe thunderstorms this evening and into the early morning hours on Saturday. Some of these storms have the potential to produce large hail, damaging wind gusts, and bring locally heavy rainfall to the region. We are currently in the slight risk category for severe storms so make sure to stay weather aware.
Then throughout the weekend and the beginning of next week, expect lots of sunshine and temperatures in the upper 90’s. It should be the perfect time to get outdoors and enjoy this summer weather.
