Happy Wednesday everyone! It has been a warm and sunny first half of the week and we will see little change in the forecast for the rest of today through Saturday. The ridge will intensify slightly over the next few days so the only noticeable change will be a slight warming trend each day. The triple digits will make a brief return on Saturday before we have another cool down to end the weekend and start next week.

A weak front will push through the region late Sunday night into early Monday morning bringing a slight chance for rain. By mid-week next week the high will retreat and allow for a few more rain chances across the South Plains.
