Happy Tuesday everyone! It has been another sunny and warm day across the South Plains with isolated storms popping up across the region. This is due to the fact the the high pressure that presided over the region last week has moved off to our West allowing for this isolated shower and thunderstorm activity. Coverage today will be much less than yesterday. This isolated storm activity will continue over the next few days and temperatures will stay in the mid-90’s. Temperatures will gradually rise as we move into the weekend and storm chances will diminish. Make sure to keep your umbrellas handy and to stay sun safe!
