A FLOOD WATCH is in effect for Cottle, Crosby, Dickens, Garza, Kent, King, Lynn, Motley, and Stonewall counties until Wednesday morning. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH is in effect for Gaines, Dawson, Borden, and Scurry counties until Wednesday morning.
TODAY: Additional 1-3″ of rain expected across the region. Isolated up to 5″ more for isolated areas. Overcast skies and cooler temperatures will remain dominate. Heaviest rain in the morning and late tonight.
TOMORROW: Early morning rainfall expected. New Mexico and the panhandle begin to dry up and remain cool with overcast skies. The additional rainfall will be into the Rolling Plains. The coolest day of the week is expected Wednesday in the low 60s.
