THIS WEEK: Halloween is expected to be cool and cloudy. Cold air continues to flow into the South Plains after Tuesday’s front. Highs Wednesday will be in the low 50s, dropping to the 30s overnight. Incorporate a jacket into Halloween costumes! The cloud cover will be broken to overcast Wednesday, with a 10% chance of light rain. Then, by Thursday, the sun returns and temperatures climb to the 60s through the end of the week.
