KAMC’s Storm Team Meteorologist Alex O’Brien has the forecast for 11.07.18.
TODAY: The cold front has arrived and you can certainly see the difference today. Temperatures will stay steady, if not slowly decrease, in the 40s this afternoon. Expect overcast skies today with drizzle possible. Winds will be from the northeast 10-15 mph, brining in that cool air.
TOMORROW: Conditions will not change much by Thursday, with cool and cloudy weather continuing. Highs will be in the upper 40s on Thursday. The sky will be overcast and there is a 10% chance of light rain or drizzle. Overnight temperatures will fall to the upper 30s.
LOOKING AHEAD: On Friday morning, temperatures will be hovering near freezing at the surface, which may result in a wintry light mix of precipitation, at a 10% chance. This will likely have minimal impacts and the cloud cover will break up through Friday afternoon. This weekend will be sunny, but still chilly. Both Saturday and Sunday will be in the mid 50s. Take a coat to the TTU football game!
