KAMC’s Storm Team Meteorologist Alex O’Brien has the forecast for 11.16.18.
TODAY: Another warm day is ahead for the South Plains! Mid 60s are likely for the entire region, up to 67 in Lubbock. Winds will be light from the southwest and the sky will be clear. Tonight, temperatures will drop to the mid 35s.
THIS WEEKEND: A breezy cold front moves through from Saturday morning through early Saturday afternoon. The clouds will gradually increase with this front, leaving Saturday and Sunday with partly to mostly cloudy sky conditions. Expect 40s and 50s Saturday, and then staying in the 40s all day Sunday.
THANKSGIVING WEEK: Next week will be fairly uneventful weather wise, with temperatures ranging in the mid 50s to low 60s. The sky will be generally sunny next week, with a stray shower possible Wednesday. Thanksgiving will be in the low 60s with a partly cloudy sky.
