KAMC’s Storm Team Meteorologist Alex O’Brien has the forecast for 11.27.17.
TODAY: The week begins with continued warm weather. Temperatures will soar into the upper 70s this afternoon. Plenty of sunshine is in store, and winds will be a bit breezy 15-20 mph from the southwest. Overnight temperatures will be relatively warm in the upper 40s and low 50s.
TOMORROW: A front will push across the South Plains in the afternoon. The biggest impacts will be the wind and a gradual cool down in temperatures. Winds will turn to a northerly direction, sustained 20-30 mph with gusts higher. Temperatures will warm into the 60s before dropping behind the front in the late afternoon. A freeze is likely overnight.
