KAMC’s Storm Team Meteorologist Alex O’Brien has the forecast for 11.28.17.
TODAY: The weather pattern changes today with a cold front. The winds will strong, 20 to 30 mph with gusts higher. A wind advisory is in effect from 10 am to 5 pm for Parmer, Castro, Bailey, Lamb, Cochran, Curry, and Roosevelt counties. Temperatures will warm into the 60s and 70, especially the southern half of the South Plains. Between noon and 4 pm the cold front will move south across the region and drop temperatures behind it.
TOMORROW: Tuesday morning will be cold with temperatures in the low 30s. Winds will be much more calm and temperatures will slowly rise. The forecast high for Lubbock is 63.
