TODAY: Temperatures will soar later this afternoon in the mid 80s, which is about 25 degrees above average! Mostly sunny skies with winds picking up during the second half of the day especially for our western counties.
TONIGHT: Overnight lows will drop again into the mid 40s with mostly clear skies.
TOMORROW: Warm and windy tomorrow with highs yet again in the low 80s. The wind will be out of the west sustained from 25-35 mph. With the dry, warm, and windy conditions throughout the South Plains, there will be a Red Flag Warning for our area beginning at 11AM tomorrow extending until 8PM. Fire weather conditions will be critical to even extreme in some spots.
