TODAY: After a chilly weekend in the 50s, this week brings more spring temperatures. A chilly start in the 30s this Monday will be followed by an afternoon in the low 60s. The forecast for Lubbock today is 63°. Winds will be from the southwest, 10-15 mph, and the sky will be sunny.
TOMORROW: The morning tomorrow will be chilly in the mid 30s to low 40s. 70s return to the South Plains Tuesday afternoon. The high for Lubbock will be 75° with a few high clouds. The wind will start to pick up, 15-20 mph.
THIS WEEK: Wednesday will likely be the warmest day, in the low 80s, but with gusty conditions. Thursday will be in the mid-70s thanks to a weak morning cold front. Clouds increase Friday with highs near 80°. The weekend will be mild in the 70s, with a slight chance of rain and thunderstorms Saturday.
