KAMC’s Storm Team Meteorologist Alex O’Brien has the forecast for 9.10.18.
TODAY: Today will feel comfortable, with high temperatures below average in the upper 70s and low 80s. The clouds and high humidity will also stick around to start this week. The forecast for Lubbock is 80 degrees, with light southeast winds.
TOMORROW: Our region will begin to clear out and warm up Tuesday. Morning temperatures will be cool in the upper 50s and low 60s. Temperatures will be slightly below average in the mid 80s, at 84 degrees in Lubbock. Expect to stay mostly sunny with light wind from the southeast.
THIS WEEK: The warm and dry conditions stick around for the rest of the week. Temperatures will gradually climb from the mid 80s to the upper 80s by this weekend, but still hover near our average of 86. The sky will be clear mid-week, with a few more clouds to begin the weekend.
