We’re seeing plenty of blue skies & sunshine all across west Texas. There are isolated storms in Curry & Roosevelt Counties now, moving northeast. I am not expecting much in the way of widespread coverage tonight. If anything, isolated storms will stay at 10%.

We’ll start out Tuesday morning at 70° in Lubbock, with partly cloudy skies. Any storms will be out of the area by 8:00 am. Then, expect more sunshine out there with a high of 101° in Lubbock, closer to 105° in the Rolling Plains. The record high for Lubbock tomorrow is 106°, so we’ll stay below that. But, remember to use plenty of sunscreen if you’re going to be outdoors & take plenty of breaks if you’re working. It will be very hot!
