We’re looking at a cloudy start to this Monday, after a stormy Sunday evening. The clouds will clear by this afternoon, giving way to mostly sunny skies. The wind is going to increase to 10-20 mph & Lubbock will see a high of 68°. A cold front will actually make its way through the area today. That will spark isolated showers this afternoon. Coverage is going to be less than 10%.
Overnight, the clouds will return. Even though we’ll see cloudy skies tonight, lows will drop down into the low 40s. Tomorrow is going to see isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon hours, at 10% coverage. Highs will only reach the mid 60s. So, it’s looking like a cool start to this work & school week.
