The clouds are hanging on now, but will try to clear off by this afternoon. There will be a mixture of clouds & sun, so highs will get up into the low 70s today. We were only in the 50s yesterday with the rain, so today is going to see warmer air & high temperatures. Lubbock saw .31″ of rain yesterday, which is the most in one day in 2016.
There will be fog causing some issues driving tomorrow morning, so please be careful. The fog will clear by mid-morning, there will be mostly sunny skies in the afternoon. With the sun & wind at 10-20 mph from the south, highs will climb up to 80° in Lubbock. So, enjoy the warm day of the week, because things will change by Friday & Saturday.
