Things are more mild, to actually on the warm side to start things off on this Tuesday. Temperatures for most of us are in the low & mid 50s right now! Expect the warm weather to continue this afternoon. We broke the record high on Monday, as we got to 81°. We’ll see highs back into the low & mid 70s this afternoon, with mostly sunny skies.
Tomorrow will be another record-setting day for most locations, including Lubbock. Skies will stay mostly sunny & we’ll be looking at highs in the upper 70s. The record high for Lubbock is 76°. I am going to forecast a high of 78° for Wednesday. Wind will be up to 15-20 mph, but that won’t keep out the warm air, in fact it will help to pull it into west Texas.
