We are seeing some low clouds & fog affecting the area. The good news is that most of you are off work & school today. So, there will not be as much traffic in & around Lubbock. But, still, if you’re out this morning, be careful. The fog is pretty thick in some places.
We will see some clouds lingering throughout the day today. That limit how high temperatures will get. We will have to wait for the warmer air to come into the area. With that said, the sun will be shining this afternoon. Lubbock will be seeing highs in the mid 50s today. The highs will actually be lower in the Rolling Plains, thanks to the clouds lingering for a longer period of time.
